Laughter

Standard

To laugh you have to loosen up
Your buttons up too tight
In fright afraid to live
Let slip the mask
You hold so fast
Allow the ignorance
Of all that we can never know
Be shown on face to face
In laughter it’s a joy be free
In momentarily replacing
That control you hold
So dearly onto
Only all too well…
