The Call of the Wild

Wild wayward child
Walk glad
The path that’s
Always never tamed,
Untrod un-parted
Started where?
Such brambles run to trip
Ensnare of thorn
That just may pierce
To make you bleed
You need your light
Your only light
Your guide will
Dwindle and dissolve
Into such pools of
Shadows locked in flocks
Of spectres haunting cries
For there
With reverential care
In every step uneven
Never knowing where it leads
Or lead
You even
Lose your wits
You yet
Had longed to shed
That self
Like worn out clothes
You may just drop
To let your naked skin
Begin to breathe
Expose like birth
Alone you never needed
false apparels
Never suited ways
That others trod the same
Your name was never
Thing unchanging
Always re-arranging
You are not the same
You are a traveller
Your heart
On grounds no one
Has walked before
Or will again
For it is told
That those who walk the path
That others fear to tread
Reap riches for all souls to wed
And more can feast of food
That ever satiates
The hungry heart
Become the Gods that shape
The destinies your fate
And not Forsake for long
The paths that you
And only you
With wild wilfulness
In truth can walk afar
Can make your own
You own and find
Alone your way
Where darkness lies
Are answers
Answer call
For after all
You are a willing
Wild child
Not destined for
What has been
But primed for finding
All that may become
Along your solitary
Wandering come
Intransigence eternal transit
Freedoms to be found
Within the wildness
All around
Walk free!

For Ever

I asked them

What the tree was like

They told me of its name

I asked again

What tree was like

They told me history

Of tree of genus seed

Of light and leaf

Bequeathed to us

In brief a twig

Of life in thrust

Like us

I asked them

What the tree was like

This mystery

Of tree of me

Of sky of sea

Of us together

What we be

I asked them

But they answered not

And then I knew

That things cannot

Begot but getting

But never ending

Motioning in flux

Life it bends

In weaves and winds

I find

I cannot lie

With names

A tree is me

And we are

Here and free

No Nouns No Names

Words words absurdity

To herd yourself

Within some thing

To clothe these

Lithesome souls

In heavy garments

made for other

Shapes are free

Like we are

Dancing graces

Shifting places

Meanings dreaming’s

Nothing seemingly

So stuck in still

No will not us

We are the happenings

Events to be and see

To do for you

And me

We must we need

To walk alone

Without such definitions

Shackle we move free

Let’s move on out

Vacate the time and space

All place particular

To birth and person

Deemed to be

No more

Let’s move on out

From under hedgerows

Where we hid in bid to rid

Ourselves from heavy loads

Inherited no more

We’re moving out

No stories to divulge

Just we who are

Are our only hope

We travel light

As life can be

Like air electing to be free

Abandoning what was

We see that destiny

Is ours only

Let’s move on out

Spill It

Stirring up of Spirit
Whirring where it will
To fill up any space
In overfill to fall
Below in grow-up
To be tall to take down
Round then square
Will dare with care
And not begot begetting
Letting go withholding
So you know can kiss
And get to tell as well
As never understand
Your hand may hold
If you don’t try
To fly with it
Be bold and don’t forget
To let it be…

The relations

Of the stationary stop

No gaps with you

You flow you know

You go with slow and fast

No lasting task

All paces are no race to you

And faces of the people

That you see and who see you

Are phantoms through a mirror

Giving glimpses of the momentary

Elemental monumental

Motioning and singing

Wild songs are yet untold

And never to be tamed

In bold unfolding freedom

You call me…
